This brand new, four-bedroom home was designed for a small 372m2 site in central Petone, Lower Hutt.

Downstairs includes two living areas, both ends of which have ranch sliders opening onto a  deck. One East and one West facing, both flow out onto flat lawn with plenty of room for a family to make use of.

The living rooms all open plan and spacious with a barn style sliding able to separate them if needed. The largest of the living rooms is open plan with the kitchen which has been well designed for family living.

We designed the kitchen for this project which includes wide benches, lots of drawers and cupboards, large oven, and a butler's pantry.

There is a powder room located downstairs as well as a seperate laundry, and internal access to a single garage.

Upstairs, the master bedroom includes ensuite and walk-in wardrobe and the family bathroom includes a bath and tiled shower.
