Located down a private lane in Greytown, this new build was designed in the timeless style of a villa, giving it all the character and presence of a grand country home. At 355sqm, the single-level house combines classic architecture with modern performance, showcasing how thoughtful residential design can deliver both heritage charm and contemporary living. 

Inside, a central hallway leads through to expansive open-plan living, kitchen, and dining areas filled with natural light from multiple skylights. The home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, media and office spaces, and premium finishes such as marble tiling, oak flooring, and thermal-broken joinery. Indoor–outdoor flow is maximised with an extensive wrap-around hardwood deck connecting living spaces to the landscape. 

Clad in rusticated weatherboard with traditional box corners and a plastered chimney, the architecture blends craftsmanship with durability to ensure a home that will remain timeless. Recognised with multiple Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards in 2020, this project highlights Moore Design’s expertise in villa-style residential architecture and bespoke new home design.
